HERBAL ALCHEMY TEA WORKSHOP

Creating the perfect cup of tea.

It is a journey. A journey into taste, energetics, healing properties and resonance. That little cup of tea is a powerhouse of healing medicine.

One of the easiest ways we can experience herbal medicine is through drinking tea. It doesn’t require expensive equipment. It can be consumed anywhere, at any time. And most importantly, once you learn the medicinal properties of herbal teas, how and when to use them, and which ones will resonate with you, you can create your own perfect cup of tea.

A Guided Journey into the World of Herbal Tea

Herbs have been used for thousands of years as healing medicine. Throughout history doctors prescribed herbal concoctions to patients for ailments and illnesses. Our ancestors grew their own herbs for food and medicine. Today we use herbs and spices to enhance the flavor of our food, but we can also use them to create herbal medicine to heal our bodies, minds and soul.

Sipping a warm cup of tea not only brings nature’s medicine into our bodies, but also promotes relaxation, calm and comfort. The practice of making and drinking tea can be a meditation in itself. Learning to experience the energetic properties of herbs brings the experience to a deeper level of healing, a multi-dimensional experience.

What is Included in this Workshop?

This workshop is designed to be interactive and will bring participants through a journey of feeling and connecting with the energetics of herbal tea to create their own custom blend.

  • Learning the Healing Properties of Various Herbs: We will dive deep into the the energetics of common herbs and learn how and when we can use their healing properties.

  • Herbal Tea Tasting: We will taste several organic herbs to become familiar with the flavor profiles and plant families of each one.

  • Experiencing the Energetics of Herbal Tea: Learning to connect with herbal tea at an energetic level to discover which herbs resonate most with you.

  • Create Your own Custom Blend: After tasting and connecting with each herb, you will create your own custom herbal tea blend to enjoy at home.

You will leave this workshop with knowledge of herbal teas and how to choose blends that resonate with you, the experience of connecting with tea at a deeper level, and your own custom herbal tea blend.
